James Seng reports a Chinese software company PP Live is developing a live television streaming service using P2P. Apparently 80 Chinese channels are available. This is a subject touched on here before. Maybe Skype sees an opportunity for video as well. At same time BT has announced a set top box for television downloading over the Net.
